The recording sessions for Nu-metallers Staind's self-titled album proved that stressful and frustrating that before recording ended, all members we're no longer recording in the one place and drummer Jon Wysocki had quit the band. The pain, anger and frustrations of the recording sessions can certainly be felt in each and every one of the tracks on this blistering new album. It's been ten years since Staind has made an album this heavy and I couldn't be more pleased that they did. This is the Staind I grew up listening to, a heavy, aggressive, angry band that puts their all and more into their music. If you're a fan of the band's earlier work and other Nu-Metal artists such as Korn and Disturbed then you're going to love this!
