Recently leaving our shores, glam /sleaze rockers
Hardcore Superstars
dished up energetic performances and played tracks from the band’s
latest album ‘Beg for It’, the bands sixth studio album. ‘Beg
for it’ offers everything you would expect from these Swedish hard
rockers and more. From the soothing beginnings of ‘This Worms for
Ennio’ to the kick in the teeth that is delivered with ‘Beg
for it’ and ‘Into Debauchery’ the Grammy nominated rockers
have delivered their finest work to date! Forming in 1997 the Hardcore Superstars
have grown from strength to strength and ‘Beg for It’ can only
do good things for a band that has already accomplished so much. Musically
this is a powerful album, there are some kick ass melodies which will have
you pounding your fist in the air, the rhythm section consisting of Magnus
(drums) and Martin (bass) is tight and sounds great the louder you play
this album, newest edition to the line-up guitarist Vic Zino shines on this
album, his solo work is outstanding and his riffs are catchy and rockin’.
Vocalist Joakim Berg sounds better than ever and delivers the punch on tunes
like ‘Remove my Brain’, Illegal Fun’ and ‘Take ‘em
All Out’.
It’s clear to me that every song on this album is a winner and the
production is mind-blowing! If you are one of these people who’s happy
to sit back with a beer and blast some killer hard rock than this album
is a must for your collection! From start to finish you will keep the volume
up high, the head banging, foot tapping and anticipating the greatness of
the song to follow the kick ass one already blasting! With one single already
certified gold, ‘Beg for It’ is certainly a winner and worthy
rock album for all music lover’s collections! ‘Beg for It’
