I know that everyone
tastes are different, and sometimes people like all styles of music.
Elmer is not metal, they are
basically a poor man's Van Halen. I don't consider Van Halen metal,
and I'm sure there is someone out there that disagrees, but this is
my opinion. I do however give Van Halen respect because of the musicianship.
Elmer I give some of the same respect because they can play. However,
the Van Halen style is not my cup of tea. It is hard to review something
that you don't find interesting, but I will give this band a rating
because they can play and they took the time to send me their CD.
There are ten tracks on this CD and about thirty-three minutes of
music. If you like Van Halen, you will like Elmer. Rating: 65 |
