The Very Beast Of Dio,
a compilation of sixteen colossal tracks, all in their entirety. The
songs are from Dio's seven albums issued for Warner Bros. Records
and Reprise from 1983-1994. A few of my favorite songs that are included
on this "Beast Of" CD are "Holy Diver," "We
Rock," "Rainbow In The Dark," "The Last In Line,"
and a fast-flying live version of "Man On The Silver Mountain."
And there are still eleven more songs. The whole compilation last
for around seventy-eight minutes, definitely enough to satisfy any
Dio-crazed fan. I haven't been a real big fan of Dio my whole life,
but I definitely appreciated this CD to the point of starting to turn
my opinion of him around. The legend, Ronnie James Dio, has been in
the metal scene for quite some time now, and its about time that a
best of CD was created with the quality and musicianship that "The
Very Beast Of Dio" has put forth. Rating: 83 |
