Annihilator,
the thrash legends are back with yet another album. They have pretty
much picked up where they left off. "Carnival Diablos" is
filled with metal that would make any thrash band proud. There are
quite a few songs on this album that were pretty good. To tell you
the truth that includes just about the whole album. "Battered,"
"Time Bomb," and "Epic of War" are a few of my
favorite tracks. I could list all the songs I enjoyed on this CD,
but I did not want to list just about every song. There are eleven
tracks that fill up this CD, plus a hidden track, "Chicken &
Corn," which seems to be a goof around song. With almost sixty
minutes of music, you are assured to be entertained for a while. These
metalheads have been doing this for quite some time now, and it does
not look like they are going to stop any time soon. There really isn't
much more that I can say about this album except, to tell people to
spend some time and listen to Annihilator. Rating: 88 |
